A Curious Soul
I followed Buddhist ritual practice since my early childhood out of the local traditions and have been curious about the teachings of Buddha on living experience. After 20 years of working in businesses and taking care of family, I had suffered the same issues of stress and imbalances. Yoga asana had given me some relief during this time. At the age of 40, I followed the call to become a Yoga teacher and Studio owner, and still working with my curious soul to explore the body and mind through Yoga asana, meditation, breath and Drama teachings.
I completed my first Hatha Yoga TTC 200 in 2013, and started slowly to instruct classes. I continue to learn everyday, and take advanced trainings every year.
I also learnt from other disciplines to deepen my practice such as Yin Yoga, Qi Gong, and Mindfulness …
I love to share the wisdoms of Yoga with others. I work a lot with Yoga asana (postures) to get to know myself better and I am searching for the connection with my mind through philosophy, breath and meditation.
My mantra: “Om Namo Guru de Namo” translated as “I bow to the divine within” or “ I bow to the teacher within”. Listen to the body and see what makes sense to your own body and experience, both on and off the mat.
