Trace Pham’s bio
Since I completed my 200 hour Ashtanga Hatha yoga training with Tirisula in Singapore a few year ago, yoga has been a part of my life. Yoga has made me stronger and inspired me to live each moment more mindfully.
I love sharing and practicing yoga with different people who come from different places; attending yoga classes, workshops is an amazing chance to learn new things apart from reading.
In my class, a part from building strength, flexibility and balance through stability I also love to joy, freedom and inspiration to people.
I teach the following yoga styles: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Restorative, Anusara, Prenatal and Post natal Yoga.
